Listing Properties with Honduras Real Estate
We work on a commission basis, paid by the seller. Our commissions are generally 5%, though in the case of very rurally located, or hard to get to properties, we will charge a higher percentage to cover the expenses of representing and showing said properties accordingly. Commissions are only paid upon sale of properties in which we introduce the buyer.
